Floor Plan Of Our Westridge Home

Our home was constructed in 1996, it is 2200 sq. ft., has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 car garage, swimming pool, and spa. The 12' x 17' master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet, patio doors to pool area and a beautiful master bath with garden tub and separate sink areas. Pool is completely screened in and optionally lit at night. All appliances are new and include a microwave, dishwasher, and complete laundry facility. Home will be cleaned by maid service prior to each guest arrival. Our home is located 10 minutes from Disney. Six golf courses are in the area including Highlands Golf Reserve which borders our subdivision.

$100.00 per day  Standard
+ an additional 10% FL sales tax.

$77.00 Cleaning Fee (cleaned before arrival & at departure)
Pool/Spa heat extra during applicable months $100.00/week

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How many beds are in the home?
A: King, queen, full & 2 twins. Roll away beds available through Global management for $15/week. Sleeping bags/pillows also available in our home.

Q: Is the house well maintained?
A: The house recently had new carpet laid throughout, the pool heater replaced, and was painted inside and out.

Q: What do I need to bring? Linens etc?
A: Nothing. Home is completely furnished, including linens, towels, dishes etc.

Q: What time is check-in/check-out?
A: Check in 4:00 p.m. Check-out 10:00 am.
*Exceptions possible, pending booking status prior to arrival and departure.

Q: What is the "Welcome Book"?
A: This is a very helpful tool that our management company has put together. It includes a few area stores, churches, restaurants, malls, Golf courses, etc. It also has household info such as: operating the air conditioning, pool heat, garbage, etc. Please take time to look it over BEFORE the end of your vacation, it will benefit YOU.

Q: How do I hold the house or make a reservation?
A: To "hold" a time frame, a $200 deposit is required. Also $200 Security Deposit Send check to

Q: If I need to cancel my booking, is the money refundable?
A: If your booking is canceled within 60 days or greater of scheduled time, deposit is completely refundable. Bookings canceled less than 60 days will be subject to a $50 fee. Bookings canceled 14 days or less are NOT eligible for refund.

Q: How do I find out if the time frame I desire is available?
A: Email, Fax, Call or Page and we will let you know if the home is available.

Q: Is there a laundry facility close by?
A: Yes, at our house. Washer, dryer, ironing board, iron and laundry tub.

Q: What do I do if I break something?
A: Please replace item. If you should ruin a set of sheets, towels, kitchen utensil etc. We kindly ask that you replace it with a comparable item. You are NOT expected to replace any item that needs regular replacing such as a toaster, coffee maker, blender etc, unless you drop or break item. We do ask that you notify management company with problems so that the next guests are not inconvenienced. Thank you so much.

Q: Rentals available through management company
A: Baby bed (portable play pen), cot (roll-away bed), car seat, child's booster seat, gas grill, double stroller, stroller (umbrella), high chair, baby exersaucer, tennis racquets (set of two). Prices range from $10-25/week per item. Please call ahead to verify availability.

Q: How far away is the pool?
A: Outside the patio doors! Private pool. Also, public pool, tennis court, and basketball located within division.

Q: What do I do if I need something?
A: An on-site property manager is available for all your needs. Phone # available in Welcome Book.

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Sorry, no pets allowed. We take great pride in keeping our home well-kept for each guests enjoyment.

Q: How close to grocery store/gas stations etc?
A: There are several grocery stores/gas stations within a 10 mile radius. Our own personal recommendation is a Walmart superstore, 12 miles from our home. It has the most reasonable prices and greatest selection of groceries. Directions: Turn R (south) on Hwy 27, go 12 miles and you will see store on L side of road. Winn Dixie, Publix and Goodings are available and even closer. Addresses for these are contained in our "welcome book" located in our home.

Q: What about a telephone, TV, VCR?
A: We have 2 TVs and a VCR. Telephone requires a calling card, credit card or pre-paid phone card. You do not need a card for local calls (941) area code. All this is also in welcome book.

HOME
